Lap Joint Clamp

I ordered a $6 clamp on December 29th. They charged almost $18 for basic shipping. I figured I'd have it in like 2-3 days with that shipping charge. I was completely wrong. They didn't process the order until the 7th or 8th of January. There wasn't anything on their site about being closed or not processing orders because of time of year. So, almost two weeks just to process the order. I just received the part yesterday, Jan 23. I emailed them multiple times with zero response. The whole thing was a complete ripoff, and they take zero responsibility for any of it. They also cowardly do not reply to any emails if I could give zero stars, I would.
