Warranty Information

409 Stainless Steel Systems - Limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defects. Aluminized Steel Systems - 1 Year limited warranty.   Jamo Performance Exhaust warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determinations that products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Jamo Performance Exhaust obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replace of parts that are determined by Jamo Performance Exhaust to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at Jamo Performance Exhaust option, of the alleged defective product. Jamo Performance Exhaust is not liable for, nor warrants, the work of neither a professional tuner nor any potential damage that may be caused through modification of a vehicle’s ECU.    Jamo Performance will not be responsible for: -products which have been modified or altered, blemishes, discoloration, internal rust, surface rust, road hazards, lack of maintenance, improper installation, damaged by accident or negligence, misapplications and alteration in any way from the original design. -cost of install or removal of product, additional parts required to complete installation, shipping charges, and other expenses.  -products of any other manufacture and any other type of warranty -custom polish/paint replacement of manufacture defected part only.   -any damage to vehicles electronic system and not liable for any other warranty coverage that might be terminated during use of this product.    Jamo Performance Exhaust shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, actual or alleged damages whether direct or indirect of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product, actual or alleged labor, including the cost of removing any part, installation, re-installation, freight charges, transportation or other related charges.
