Aluminized Steel Systems - 1 Year limited warranty.   Jamo Performance Exhaust warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determinations that products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Jamo Performance Exhaust obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replace of parts that are determined by Jamo Performance Exhaust to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at Jamo Performance Exhaust option, of the alleged defective product. Jamo Performance Exhaust is not liable for, nor warrants, the work of neither a professional tuner nor any potential damage that may be caused through modification of a vehicle’s ECU.    Jamo Performance will not be responsible for: -products which have been modified or altered, blemishes, discoloration, internal rust, surface rust, road hazards, lack of maintenance, improper installation, damaged by accident or negligence, misapplications and alteration in any way from the original design. -cost of install or removal of product, additional parts required to complete installation, shipping charges, and other expenses.  -products of any other manufacture and any other type of warranty -custom polish/paint replacement of manufacture defected part only.   -any damage to vehicles electronic system and not liable for any other warranty coverage that might be terminated during use of this product.    Jamo Performance Exhaust shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, actual or alleged damages whether direct or indirect of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product, actual or alleged labor, including the cost of removing any part, installation, re-installation, freight charges, transportation or other related charges.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

• How long does it take to process my order?
  Processing orders take 1-5 business days.
• How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Shipping depends on the location the products are shipped to.
  • East, Northeast, and southeast takes 5-7 days.
  • Mid-west to South is about 3-5 days.
  • West and North-west is 1-3 days.
• Does my kit come with a tip?
  • Diesel stainless steel kit will come with a tip.
  • Diesel Aluminized exhaust systems do not come with a tip
• Do you carry any turbo back or down pipe back exhaust systems?
  • We only carry cat back or DPF back systems.
  • All kits are emissions legal products.
• What types of clamps does my kit come with?
  Kits will come with 1.5 in wide Band clamps.
• Why do my pipes have slots on them?
  The slots are so that the band clamps will be able to clamp down the pipes to make the connections.
• Are the hangers welded on to the pipes?
  • In most cases the pipe will have hangers welded on for OEM fitment.
  • Some cases the hanger will be on a clamp to cope with different models having different hanger positions.
• Do I need to cut my stock exhaust?
  • In most cases there will not be the need to cut.
  • Certain exhaust system will be required to cut.
• What type of muffler comes with my exhaust?
  We provide a straight through perforated muffler.
