5" Universal Diesel Performance Muffler Delete Pipe

Jamo sent the 5” pipe to a random address and I have asked multiple times what is going to happen. I don’t want a refund, I just want the item. It’s not that hard.

I originally purchased a full system with muffler and after about 18 months the muffler broke down internally and started to rattle. So I tried to get ahold of Jamo to see about a replacement section of pipe. I sent 3 emails and left 3 voicemails with only one call back that I missed and then was never called again. After trying to get ahold of someone for about a month I gave up and just ordered this pipe. It went in good and corrected all the problems I had. I just wish there would have been any degree of customer service. This will be the last Jamo product I put on any vehicles of mine.
